PARITY COMMITTEE

The Parity Committee seeks to promote equity in access, funding, and recognition of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a medically necessary treatment across all systems of care. The committee works to identify and address disparities that limit individuals with autism and related conditions from receiving appropriate behavioral health services. Through collaboration, education, and advocacy, the committee advances consistent standards, fair reimbursement, and equal treatment of ABA within Michigan’s broader healthcare and behavioral health landscape.
