Presenter Profile:
Taylor earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Western Michigan University under the supervision of the world-renowned ABA professor Dr. Richard Malott. After graduation, Taylor worked for a non-profit ABA center in Indiana holding multiple director roles and working with learners ages 2-25.
Taylor has collaborated with multiple schools and families to develop and modify treatment plans that allow learners to be successful in all of their environments. Some of his previous roles have allowed Taylor to gain exceptional experience developing and implementing programming, creating organization-wide hiring and training systems, and working with multidisciplinary teams outside of the field of ABA to reach success for his learners. Taylor has had a variety of experiences in utilizing ABA technicians in school settings to allow for learners to transition from center-based services to school-based services in the most successful way possible.
Taylor has presented at local, regional, and national conferences on topics ranging from staff training to language teaching strategies. Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children. He tries to make it to the Rocky Mountains whenever he can.
