Meet the Speakers

Randall Swanson, Director of Legal Affairs, CCO

Randall Swanson, is a practicing attorney with 20 years experience and licensed in California with a estate planning and business development practice, including HR, compliance, and strategic planning. He is also the Director of Legal Affairs, and Chief Compliance Officer of ABA Pathways, LLC. He is Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from the HCCA/SCCA. Pathways’ helped establish MiBAP and is an active member of CASP and the Autism Law Center. Randall is a father of 3 boys, married for 30 years, and loves playing golf, traveling, and reading.
