A clinician and founder by background Lorraine has spent her entire 30-year career within, or providing services to, healthcare organizations. In her early career she was a practicing Physical Therapist who worked in a variety of settings before founding her own business. After successfully growing and selling that business to relocate for family she worked as an operator and executive in nonprofit healthcare as a regional leader and AVP of Operations over rehabilitation medicine, urgent care, occupational health, radiation oncology, concierge medicine and an employee assistance program. Over the last decade and a half, she has been a COO, President and Chief Experience Officer in investment backed multisite healthcare in the areas of Physical Medicine, Autism and Mental Health Services Most recently she joined the team at Talentcare to fulfill a personal passion she has for people serving people businesses and honoring front line work as a way to ensure access to care.
