Jonathan Timm, MA, BCBA, is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 17 years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities. A Western Michigan University graduate, certified instructor in Professional Crisis Management, Founder of North Arrow ABA, and previous leader in multiple ABA organizations, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Based in Traverse City, Michigan, Jonathan launched North Arrow ABA to provide high quality behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities throughout Northern Michigan.
Stefanie Beattie, MS, BCBA
Interim Outpatient Services Director
Great Lakes Center for Autism
Stefanie Beattie, MS, BCBA, is the Interim Outpatient Services Director at Great Lakes Center for Autism. Certified since 2013, she holds a master’s in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from SIU–Carbondale and a bachelor’s in Psychology from Western Michigan University. With over a decade of clinical and leadership experience, Stefanie is committed to evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community education. She regularly presents to professionals and the community to promote a more accurate and inclusive understanding of autism beyond stereotypes.
Paul Doher, MA, BCBA, LBA
National Director of Clinical Quality
Acorn Health
Paul Doher is the National Director of Clinical Quality for Acorn Health. In this role he trains clinicians on the design and implementation of practical functional assessment and skill-based treatment, in addition to creating tools and processes that improve the quality of services at Acorn. He taught special education in public schools for five years before earning his board certification in behavior analysis in 2016.
